What started as a shared passion between father and son has evolved into a formidable two-car racing program. Gray Performance Motorsports isn't the product of a corporate racing academy — it was built from the ground up by Eric and Liam Gray.

Eric saw something in Liam early. Not just speed — the mindset. The obsession with improvement, the willingness to do the work when nobody is watching. He built the program around that.

With their sights set firmly on the Porsche Motorsport North America pathway, every lap, every setup change, and every late night in the shop is a calculated step toward their ultimate goal: a PMNA Junior Program nomination.

Orlando Operations

Our dedicated 1,500 sq ft facility in Orlando serves as the nerve center for GPM. Lifts, tooling, and everything the team needs — all in-house. This is where meticulous preparation meets mechanical precision before every race weekend.

The Motor Enclave Tampa

GPM's home track. A 200-acre facility with a 1.72-mile Hermann Tilke-designed circuit and 300+ luxury private garages. Eric owns a garage on-site — it's where Liam trains every week and where GPM is part of an elite automotive community.

As the visionary behind GPM, Eric balances the demanding roles of business owner, team manager, and co-driver. He also owns Designer Trade Services (luxury remodeling, Orlando, since 1997) and Sunstate Air Sealing (Tampa) — and brings that same disciplined operator mentality to every race weekend.

His approach is methodical: the same level of excellence expected in the shop is demanded on the track. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just relentless preparation.
